- A recognized bachelor degree or master degree in Human Resources Management or Political Science, Laws or related field.
- More than 15 years' relevant HR experience in a managerial capacity in multinational manufacturing corporations which has labor unions and more than 1,000 employee
- Conversant with local employment legislation, HR practices, labor law, labor union
- Ability to work independently in a creative manner, strong communication and interpersonal skills, proven leadership qualities and the maturity and confidence to interact with staff at all levels.
- Proficiency in office PC skills (MS Word, Excel, Power Point and E-mail).
- Fluency in spoken and written English is essential.

- Provide Innovative and market relevant Footwear Designs.
- Ensure aesthetically and correctly balanced Upper and Bottom proportions.
- Modify Upper Shell Patterns to retain correct balance and proportion.(Training will be provided)
- Assist with Creative and Technical Suggestions on all aspects of the Projects Development Process, including Molds, Blue Prints, Materials, Logos etc.
- Review Design Drawings with and Design Packages from the USA.
- Provide 3D Designs, Create Color ups etc
- Motivate and Manage Design Assistant.
 
Garment Merchandisers
(30,000 – 45,000 baht/month)
- Bachelor's Degree or above in any filed, major in textile or garment will be advantage
- Knowledge on textile or garment or hard goods process, familiar with factory operation and management.
- Good negotiation and communication skills
- Work autonomy and under pressure, like to face new challenge
- Young, dynamic and sports practitioner
- Proficiency in English, French will be a plus
- Work closely with designer /purchasers in headquarter in France to Source, select and manage subcontractors or makers
- Help suppliers to make continuous improvement
- Control quality in 4 steps: sample / industrial sample / head & mass production
- Realize with the designer/purchaser the sample for industrialization
