Human Resources Director - 5 working days
(160,000 – 200,000 baht/month)
- Male or Female, age between 40 – 47 years
- A recognized bachelor degree or master degree in Human Resources Management or Political Science, Laws or related fields from a reputable public university
- MBA or oversea graduate is a big plus
- More than 15 years' relevant HR experience in a managerial capacity in large multinational manufacturing corporations (has at least 1,000 employees) which has labor unions
- At least 7 years in managerial level with a strong proven track record in the related Human Resources fields.
- Conversant with local employment legislation, HR practices, labor law, labor union
- Ability to work independently in a creative manner, strong communication and interpersonal skills, proven leadership qualities and the maturity and confidence to interact with staff at all levels.
- Proficiency in office PC skills (MS Word, Excel, Power Point and E-mail).
- Very fluency in spoken and written English is essential.
- Present salary should not less than 140,000 baht/month
 
Engineering Director - 5 working days
(160,000 – 200,000 baht/month)
- Male, age between 40 – 47 years
- A recognized bachelor degree or master degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related fields from a reputable public university
- MBA or oversea graduate is a big plus
- Minimum of 15 years in Engineering & Maintenance & Facilities & Tooling management experience in a large & complex facilities multinational manufacturing company
- At least 7 years in managerial level with a strong proven track record in the related engineering fields.
- Strong people management skills, good analytical skills.
- Mature in thinking, proactive and able to handle pressure well
- Ability to work independently in a creative manner, strong communication and interpersonal skills, proven leadership qualities and the maturity and confidence to interact with staff at all levels.
- Proficiency in office PC skills (MS Word, Excel, Power Point and E-mail).
- Very fluency in spoken and written English is essential.
